Choices...

I can't decide. Would I rather have this one or this one?

I say go for the Reformation Bible- but you really can't go wrong with either one.

Hmm... Why am I not surprised that you'd say that? ;)

How about this one? More books for the same price!

Actually, I've been wanting an Apocrypha for a while. I wonder if I could get the Roman Catholic church to give me a free one? (That's how I got my Book of Mormon. Except not from the RCC.)

Amazon sells the KJV with the Apocrypha included, FWIW. (Must be the only inspired translation of the Apocrypha?) :)

lol. That's great. I need to read it myself, just to know what's in it. Right now I'm working on the Catholic Catechism. Hard to have a conversation about the Catholic Church about Catholicism when you don't actually know what the church teaches (and since Vatican II you might be surprised what that is).

If you have to pick one, I'm voting for the MacArthur, but I'm biased because I've been drooling over that one for quite a while now.

about the Apocrypha- you could download E-sword for free, and they have a KJV with Apocrypha module.

Becca, you amaze me. With law school, how do you have time for stuff like the Catholic catechism? (That's a good idea, though. I'll bet you run into Catholics occasionally!)

Jason, thanks for that tip. I actually have eSword (it appeared on my computer after I had it reimaged) but have never really used it. I'll have to check it out.
